The St. Breward Community Bus service restarts on 1st. September 2021
Blisland has recently been included in our routes. If we added Blisland to the existing routes this would have significantly increased the time spent travelling between the villages we serve to pick up and set down passengers, resulting at less time at the destinations. To avoid that situation, we have separated trips to go either via Blisland or via St. Mabyn and St. Tudy.
This season trips to Truro will be either via Blisland (1st. Truro trip of the month) or via St. Mabyn or St. Tudy (2nd trip of the month).
Trips to Launceston & Lifton start at St. Breward and will be via Blisland
Trips to Wadebridge start at St. Breward and will be via St. Mabyn and St. Tudy. These are now on Wednesdays.
We have also added a new destination to the schedules – Lifton Strawberry Farm (aka Strawberry Fields) via Blisland.
If you’re in Blisland and you want to go on a trip that’s via St. Mabyn/St. Tudy then you’ll need to make your way to St. Breward. Similarly if you’re in St. Mabyn or St. Tudy (or surrounding villages) and you want to go on a trip that goes via Blisland then you’ll need to make your way to St. Breward. Please discuss a pick up point and time with either of the Booking contacts (see below).
