St Breward Carnival is under Threat
St Breward Carnival has a proud tradition, dating back to at least 1913, of holding a village carnival, the highest carnival in Cornwall. This however may not happen unless new people step up to ensure its continuation in 2023
A number of long-standing Carnival Committee members are leaving this year and we NEED more people to join
So, if you want to see this traditional event continue, please come along to the Annual General meeting on Tuesday 22nd November at 7pm in the Memorial Hall

Everyone attending will receive one free raffle ticket for a Xmas Hamper
Load of other Bingo prizes and a raffle on the night

St Breward Carnival was restarted in 1988 after a laspse of some 20 years. Rumour has it that the idea was muted over a few beers in The Old Inn!! Joe Kay was on the original committee, and is currently President of St Breward Carnival Association
Now thirty years later we are still a Village Carnival having fun whilst fundraising for Village Organisations.
