Business Grants Almost 8,000 small businesses across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are being urged to claim £89m of unpaid emergency grant support that is available from Cornwall Council to help them during the Coronavirus crisis.
The Council has paid out £185m in the last 10 days to more than 16,000 small businesses, with grants of up to £25,000. But an estimated 7,900 small businesses in Cornwall have yet to claim the £89m that is still available.
The Council is now urging them to get in touch, so the grants can be paid. Businesses in Cornwall that believe they are eligible for a grant but have not received a letter from Cornwall Council should call Cornwall Council on 0300 1234 171
