Digital Inclusion Course for iphone Users

Since the Autumn of 2013, the Trustees of the Memorial Hall, have been organising various Internet/Computer training sessions

Following a grant from Awards for All  (part of The Big Lottery), the Trustees will be holding various courses throughout 2023

Currently there are two places available on the i phone users Course which is being held on Thursdays 6th,13, 20th and 27th July 10.30-12.30. with 6 people being the maximum number on each course

History Group Wednesday Evening 31st May

Everyone welcome to the History Group meeting in the Village Hall on Wednesday evening 31st May

Members Elizabeth Smeeton, Tony Bertenshaw and Trevor Ternouth will be speaking on three very different subjects.

The AGM will be held prior to the Members talksDoors open at 6.30 pm, meeting starts at 7pm, £2 for members and £3 for visitors.  Complimentary refreshments and there will of course be a raffle!

Picture it – The party is in full swing and an enjoyable evening is yet again anticipated, but beneath the surface the jealousy and greed associated with Hollywood is about to come bursting to the surface.  Blackmail comes to the fore as several of those present see their futures being threatened. Watch and listen carefully as the evening unfolds before your very eyes, and later a body is found
