Potholes, and other highway problems

Cornwall Council is responsible for over 7272km (4545 miles) of roads, from major principal roads to narrow country lanes – this includes repairing potholes.

The Council relies on the public to report highway problems: you can do this online by clicking here, or by phoning 0300 1234 222 and following the guidance. Remember to note the reference number you are given as you may want to call Cornwall Council back to enquire about progress.
