A representative from Devon & Cornwall Housing will be present to answer questions about renting or purchasing (shared ownership) of properties on this development.
Please note: registration must be done on-line: it will not be possible to register at this event.
All allocations will be made subject to applicants’ meeting a Section 106 agreement which shows a strong local connection to:
1st Priority: The Primary Parish of St Breward
2nd Priority: St Tudy, Michaelstow, Advent, Davidstow, Altarnun
The ‘Area Local Connection‘ criteria are as follows:
- Applicants have been permanently resident in a relevant priority for at least 3 years prior to advertising; or
- Applicants being formerly permanently resident in a relevant priority for a continuous period of at least 5 years; or
- Applicants having their permanent place of work in a relevant priority for a continuous period of 3 years prior to advertising (more than 16 hours per week/non seasonal); or
- Having a connection through an immediate family member who is currently resident in a relevant priority, and has been resident for a period of at least 5 years prior to advertising.
